By submitting, I understand that rental equipment must be returned to Rental Shop within half an hour after the lift closes. If equipment is not returned, my credit card will be automatically charged an equipment replacement fee. Full day bike rentals ONLY. E-bikes are rented with a fully charged battery upon pick-up. Battery life will vary depending on usage. A full day of riding without additional battery charging is not guaranteed.

1. The Tenant shall only utilize the locker for the storage of ski equipment and ski clothing. 2. The Tenant shall keep the locker clean and free of odor. 3. The Tenant shall not store flammable or combustible substances in the locker. 4. The Tenant shall provide at their own expense, a lock to secure the contents of the locker. 5. The Tenant shall (unless they have the written agreement of the Owner otherwise) remove all his property in the locker at the expiration of the Term and deliver possession of the locker to the Owner in the same condition it was in at the commencement of the Term, reasonable wear and tear only expected. Should the Tenant not have vacated the locker by the last day of the Term, the Owner my remove the property of the Tenant therefrom. To this end, the Owner is hereby authorized to forcefully enter the locker by the removal of the lock therefrom. The Tenant further waives any right he may have to be given notice of the entry into the locker. 6. The Tenant shall otherwise abide by the rules and regulations established from time to time by the Owner for persons using the ski facilities 7. The Tenant hereby releases the Owner from all losses, costs, damages, suits, proceedings or other causes of action it may have against the Owner for damage to the property of the Tenant, which occur through theft, fire, water damage, acts of God, or any act of negligence of the Owner, its servants or agents. 8. The Tenant acknowledges having received and read a copy of this agreement. 9. The parties acknowledge that they have requested this agreement to be drafted in the English language.
